Do you want to return something? No Problem!

Within 21 days of receiving your order you can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different item.

All you need to do is contact us on hello@shoreprojects.com and one of our team will provide you with the return address and a unique reference number. Just make sure your item is in its original condition. As soon as we receive it we will provide you with a refund or send you the item you wish to exchange for.

However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, all of our products come with a 1-year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase.
